The BumperBear protective frames are specially designed to be installed quickly and easily.
Depending on whether the license plate is screwed or riveted, you can have your bumper in
place within minutes with the right tool.
Our protective frame comes with screws, rivets and screw caps (for each of the two versions).

HOW TO INSTALL
THE PROTECTIVE FRAME
Remove the front license plate. To do this, remove the current screws or rivets from the license plate. All you have to do is remove the screw cap with a screwdriver (if there is a cap) and unscrew them.
If it is fixed with rivets, we will drill with a drill bit the size of the centre of the rivet (usually a 4mm. drill bit).
We will also use it to clean the dirt that has been left under the license plate, in the license plate holder or on the car front.
We will place the license plate on the BUMPERBEAR protective frame with a slight bending on the sides to fit them into the frame slots. Once it is placed and centred, we will mark the holes of the license plate in the BUMPERBEAR bumper to place the rivets.
Then, we remove the license plate and make the holes in the bumper with a drill of the same diameter as the rivets (4.8mm).
It will not be necessary for the screws, as the screw will pass through the material perfectly when being screwed in.
We face the BUMPERBEAR protective frame with the license plate and the rivets or screws placed in the existing holes in the front of the car or existing license plate holder where the license plate was previously placed. We proceed to rivet or screw to fix the BUMPERBEAR protective frame to the car.
In the case of screwing, it may be necessary to enlarge the holes of the license plate a little with a drill of the same diameter for its correct placement.
Note: A bag with 4 screws, 4 screw caps and 2 rivets is included with the BUMPERBEAR protective frame.
