PURCHASES AND RETURNS

Buying at www.bumperbear.com is very simple. Choose the products you want to buy. Click on the picture of the product you want to see or buy. Once you have chosen a product of your interest, you can add it to the shopping cart.

Once you have selected all the products you want to purchase and indicated the quantities, click on the “Cart” button at the top right.

Now follow the instructions on the screen providing us with the data we need to process your order (your name, address, delivery address, etc). If you already have an account with www.bumperbear.com there is no need to fill in your details again, simply log in to your account with your code and password. Then follow these three steps:

  1. Select a payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).
  2. Review your order. If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website to process the payment. At the end of your order, we will send you a confirmation with all the details of your order to your provided email account.
  3. Confirm your order.
  4. Once the purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email in the email provided. In the same way, the transport company will send you a link to your order in the e-mail provided, so that you can track your order and make changes to the delivery.

The prices are those indicated on www.bumperbear.com (except for typographical errors). All prices that show in web don’t include 21% VAT on Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands).

We currently do not send items to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The shipment will be made by a private transport company. We offer home delivery service (up to 2 attempts). A third delivery will be made as a solution in points of the company’s network established throughout the national territory. The transport company will notify you of every step and every change that could happen so that the customer can be informed at all times.

In the event that the customer does not pick up the shipment after two attempts by the transport company, it will be returned to our facilities and notified by email. If the customer decides not to receive the order, the amount paid will be refunded minus the shipping and return costs to our facilities of the order (7.95€).

In the event that the customer chooses to have the order resent, he will have to pay a reshipment cost of 5.95€.

In both of the above cases, the customer will be informed at all times and will be notified by email of the account number where the amount is to be paid.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs to Spain (Mainland) are included in the price of the product on the website. Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany will have a shipping supplement that will be automatically calculated on the website during the purchase process and which is detailed below:

The delivery time for products in Spain (Mainland), Balearic Islands and Portugal will be 2 to 4 working days in normal conditions and 5 to 7 working days for out-of-stock products.

For shipments to France, Italy and Germany, the above periods of time can be increased by up to 2-3 days.

The delivery times indicated are approximate.

In the case of not being able to comply with such deadlines, we will proceed to inform you immediately of a new delivery time or, if it is not possible, we will proceed to cancel the order and its full return.

For the security of our customers we offer different forms of secure payment.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit card: After choosing a payment method that involves the use of a credit card and pressing the “Buy” button, you will be sent to a secure web page, where you must enter your credit card details and confirm the purchase. Your credit card funds will be charged once the bank confirms the payment.

Payment through PayPal: The online payment operation is carried out through the intermediary PayPal with a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which guarantees the total confidentiality of the data.

You will have to choose a payment method at the time of purchase.

Permanent shopping cart: any product you add to your cart will remain there until you remove it, or buy it.

Multiple addresses: you can choose another shipping address, for example to send a gift directly to the recipient.

Order history: access your purchase history.

My account: you can change your billing and shipping information.

Future orders: for future orders you can easily log in by filling in your code and password and (no need to fill in your details again).

Returns

If the customer considers that the product is not what he expected, he will be refunded the amount of the product minus the shipping costs. To do so, the client must contact us by email at pedidos@bumperbear.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment, send the product duly packaged and postage paid to Sepey Car Protectors S.L. at the address that will be notified by email.

To accept a return:

Both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original contents. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.

The product cannot have been installed on the vehicle.

You cannot use the protector’s packaging as a postal package (do not stick the shipping order directly on the protector’s envelope).

Depending on the condition of the returned protector frame (incomplete, damaged, bad packaging), the refund may be refused in full.

Changes

Defective merchandise:

In case the merchandise arrives defective the client should contact us within 48 hours to solve the problem.

Changes:

If the change is due to an error on the part of the client (he makes a mistake when placing the order) he will pay the shipping costs.

In case the error was due to Sepey Car Protectors S.L. the customer will receive the requested merchandise without additional cost and we will pick up the wrong order.

To accept a return both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original contents. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.

General:

Sepey Car Protectors S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order.

Sepey Car Protectors S.L. reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, constituted by the present general conditions and the list of products and prices at any time, although such modifications will not be made with the contracts already made by the user.
